    not able to upgrade to premium


    Im not able to upgrade to premium in Microsoft Jigsaw, does anyone have this problem?

    not able to renew upgrade to premium

    I have had the upgrade for Microsoft Solitaire Collection and I guess it is up for renewal as the ads started back up. I have tried to upgrade but keep getting the message to uninstall and purchase again through the store. I have done that 4 times now,
    restarting computer in various stages, and still have no luck. I hate the ads. How do I get this fixed? Have never had this issue before!!

    Will not upgrade to premium!

    I have now uninstalled and downloaded the game five times. Each time I click to upgrade to a year of paid premium membership, it tells me to uninstall and reinstall it again. And no transaction screen ever opens to allow me to pay for or authorize anything.
    What gives? I had a paid membership for a year and it recently expired, so it's not like I don't have a Microsoft account. I'm sitting here ready to PAY money to MS.

    Is the Starfield Physical Premium Edition Upgrade applicable to PC?

    if you have bought the premium upgrade for Xbox you will be able to download it to pc via the xbox app as this is a play anywhere title.
