Not able to submit a case review?

Using my banned account "Tman1250", Im trying to submit a case review for my permenantly banned account. when I try to submit my case review it checks my eligibility and it always says "You must have an applicable active enforcement action." I've talked
with support and have tried posting on other forums. please, I just want to submit a case review so that my unfairly banned account can be under the review it needs. dont understand how this is a problem.

Sorry to hear it. When was the account banned? If it was a long time ago then perhaps that is why you cannot submit a case review as case reviews are limited to actions within the last 18 months.

 

no, i was banned around 1-2 weeks ago.

 

Yeah I have had this problem to, this accounts name got changed to, from my gamertag '[Mod Removed]' to some sillyfawn gt, honestly a pain

 

@Lord - you must sign in with the affected gamertag to submit the case review. If you are underage then you may need to have the parental account do so.

@silly - You will need to take that up with the PET however, when I researched a specific part of your gamertag it came up as a racial slur which more than likely would be the reason it was changed. However, only the PET can answer that.
