    Hi. My son's xbox 360 (less than 1 year old) is not staying on the games he is playing. It returns to the dashboard after 30 minutes of playing.

    not able to buy games on xbox

    hey guys, ive had an on going issue for the last two weeks where i can not purchase games on the store.. ive tried using my xbox, computer, and phone. i can buy dlc stuff like add ons but cant buy games. i was able to buy the cod remastered 2 weeks ago but
    now i just get sorry your purchase can not be made at this time. ive tried talking to support but its been a brick wall. all my info is put in correctly, any help?

    Only Able To Stay Online Briefly During Game Play

    I know I'm very late responding, but I did check the storage today and noticed an unknown game file. I deleted it and so far everything seems good. I've let some games run idle for well over 30 minutes and no disconnection. In the pass, I was lucky if I
    could get 20 minutes out of gameplay before disconnecting. Thanks!

    you could check your storage device(s) for any currupted files or incomplete downloads. if you do happen to find any delete them, that worked for me
