Not able to speak in a party after 2 weeks communication ban

Hello

I had an communication ban until 28.11.15 and after that date I was not able to speak anymore

communications ban party chat issues

after getting a communications ban in mid October for a week the ban was lifted on the 24th of October. after the ban was lifted I have not be able to talk in game or party chat. I have heard this happening to other peopke but have not got any help from
xbox support or the enforcement team. It's been a month and this service I use nearly everyday has not be working.

 

Banning system

A 2 week ban usually occurs after the 3rd communication ban.

First is 24 hours.

Seconds is a week

Third is 2 weeks.

Unless its changed recently.

As indicated in the thread Onyx posted above, this is a known issue, and the team is working on a permanent fix. Not a lot more we can do until they fix the problem.

The teams are working on it - it must be a complex problem as it has taken several weeks to get even a temporary fix in. Patience may be needed, but the fix will be put in place as soon as possible.
