Not able to sign in to Xbox PC Beta app

I have heard that some people are having problems, I believe to be beta yet, I'm having problems downloading some games.

• 
  On your PC, go to
  Xbox.com and select Sign in. If there are problems with your account, the instructions will help you solve them. If you can’t go beyond the sign-in screen, select
  Forgot my password and follow the instructions.
  
• If that didn’t work, select the Start
  button > Settings >
  Time & language. Under Date & time make sure the
  Set time automatically setting is turned on. Open Time & language settings
  
• If none of those options work, select the Start
  button > Settings >
  Accounts , then find the Microsoft account you used to sign in to the Xbox app and select
  Remove. Then go back to the Xbox
  app and sign in with the Microsoft account you just removed.

Hi MDH, Like I mentioned you may not even be able to access it given your not able to sign in, but no harm in trying. The "Report a problem" is only available using the Xbox App (Beta). You can DL the beta version by going to the store on your PC and search
for "Xbox App Beta". In the app you will see a happy icon on the left NAV bar, just click on that to see the feature.

Have you tried resetting the Xbox beta PC app? Right click the app icon> click more > click app settings, then in here you can reset and repair the app. Are you able to sign into any other Microsoft/Xbox apps? Like a Microsoft Account on your PC, Xbox
Companion app, or your Microsoft Account in a browser?

Dang, if you have the Xbox Console Companion app on your PC try signing into that and stay signed in, then try the beta app.
