Not able to sign in or add new M account

It’s started with a fault message that I want able to sign in automatically. Tried a few times manually, the message told me to try again. Didn’t work. Ofc. Deleted my account from my Xbox and tried to “ add new”. The loading “ wheel” appeared but
then it did just shut down the page again. ( did a log in at my friends Xbox and it worked without any prob). Tried to reboot, didn’t work. Did a factory reset, didn’t work ether. What could be wrong?

Thank you for posting on Xbox Forums. In regards to the log-in issue, I understand that you've already tried removing and re-adding the profile to the console, a Reboot, and a factory reset, just to clarify though, did you perform a
Full Factory Reset or a Soft Factory Reset? if you've only performed a Soft Factory Reset, (Keep Games & Apps), then
I would suggest trying a Full Factory Reset. Additionally, I would suggest checking your network as well, try rebooting it by unplugging it for 5 minutes then plugging it back in. After which, you will need to
Power Cycle the console.

I did a full factory reset. How do i power cycle the konsol?

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to hopefully get your console to let you sign in appropriately. I can totally see how this could be pretty concerning/confusing. Power cycling can be done by
turning off your console by holding the
Xbox button
on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. After it turns off, turn your console back on by pressing the
Xbox button on the console or the
Xbox button on your controller. You'll know that you did it right when the green loading screen comes up.

When you get the chance, give that a shot and let us know how that helped

Thank you for taking the time to update us on your progress.

When you resotred your console, did it not ask at one point to add a Microsoft Account?

Were you unable to add your account at that instance?

In this instance, my next suggestion would
creating a service order for you device, so that the service center will be able to take a look at the console and repair this.
