Not able to set up mixer account on Xbox 1

I've really only tried to set a new account and tried to sync the old one through the website and on the xbox. Just submitted a request through mixer's website though so hopefully they can solve it.

Just so I am not redundant, what other troubleshooting have you done?

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Forums!

Instead of creating the account on the Xbox, try to create it on the website. To start managing your Mixer account info and other settings, go to
mixer.com, select
Sign up > Microsoft, enter your Microsoft account info, and then select the profile icon in the upper-right corner.

Give this a try and let us know how it goes

I tried that already as well and it says that the email is already linked to that xbox account.

Unfortunately, we have determined that this account did not have the proper Mixer credentials at the time of the stream.



Not having everything linked up properly at the time for the stream would mean the account would not qualify for the promotion.

To set this up properly set up a Mixer account and then

link in to your Gamertag!



There will be plenty of other streams in the future and we do hope you are able to take advantage of future MixPots!



If you watched the stream with another account do please post back with that account!
