Not able to redeem Warframe Reward

Hi Support,

I have been playing Warframe for a little over a month now and signed up for MyRewards after I heard i was able to get 75 Platinum in game for getting 5 achievements. Since enrolling for the rewards program I have gotten 5 achievements in game and still
am unable to "redeem" the reward. I have a friend who signed up for rewards around the same time and he was simply able to click a "redeem reward" button. All i see is a "Download" option and I already have the game downloaded...

Any information or assistance you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

My VIP Gems Rewards

Hi!

I have tried to redeem my VIP reward gems against 5000 reward credits, but instead I have been sent a code for 75 Warframe in-game credits

I have not redeemed the code

Can this be rectified?

Freedom reward, how to redeem (Warframe)

Where do I redeem the Warframe freedom reward? I completed 6 achievements between February 6-8 and the FAQ is not helping, can't find this and it's been over 96hrs? "You should see a button that appears by the completed offer that will prompt you to redeem
your Reward and that will take you to a page where all of your prize tokens will be listed"

It takes us up to 96 hours to process user activity. Since your last achievement was earned on the 29th, you should see the redemption link in the next 2-3 days.
