Not able to redeem virtual code!

Saved up my rewards from Microsoft dashboard for searching and using Bing for months now. Got my 9,300 saved up to use it for a $10 Xbox Gift card. Got the e-mail and clicked on the REDEEM link like it says and nothing. Contacted support once and they told
me to wait 48-72 hours and try again. I waited and tried again still nothing. Support gave me the link to this page to post here. Really sucks they can't get this working. I see others are having problems.

Sorry to hear about the issue with redeeming the code. Have you tried the Prepaid Code Troubleshooting guide yet? Sometimes that can help out. Where are you physically located
currently? Does your account match the region? Is your console also connecting to Xbox Live within that region? Try to redeem the code on xbox.com HERE and let us know if you're also seeing the same error message and
error code. Please also post the error message and error code here as well.

you don't redeem

With Rewards points you wait till you get 15000 points when you do get it it is just deposited into your account no interaction needed

They don't deposit till you hit 15000 points

Only thing you can ask for is early deposit once you hit 15000 before the 15th of each month

 

BBing is separate from Xbox Rewards fyi

 

Make sure you're contacting Microsoft Rewards support and not regular Microsoft/Xbox support. They do not handle the rewards programs. You can contact Microsoft Rewards support via their redemption page.
