    Hey there DESINXBOX,

    Sorry to hear about the issue with redeeming the code. Have you tried the Prepaid Code Troubleshooting guide yet? Sometimes that can help out. Where are you physically located
    currently? Does your account match the region? Is your console also connecting to Xbox Live within that region? Try to redeem the code on xbox.com HERE and let us know if you're also seeing the same error message and
    error code. Please also post the error message and error code here as well.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. Due to a large amount of users claiming prizes at the same time, you may have seen an error message as a result. Our web tam is currently working on resolving this issue. We hope to have this issue resolved shortly. We see
    that you claimed two 5000 Credit prizes from the Vault.

    You will be able to get xbox live codes through the microsoft rewards program that the xbox rewards moved over to. Unfortunately the time to redeem diamonds has passed as of May 31st. You can access the new program here: https://rewards.microsoft.com/

    Same here, I have about 950 and tried to claim a free month of game pass and it is not working. Additionally, it says that I only have until the 15th to exchange! Microsoft Support needs to respond to this or give us rewards or something for our remaining
    gems.

    Everyone needs to up vote this.
