Not able to redeem Gears of war 3 code

Hello Friends,

I have bought Gears of war 4 along with xbox one s from Oman and got other gears of war series along with it, but i am not able to redeem the code for same . Please help me out on this .I am getting location and region error

Reedem Gears of war

Hi,

I bought Gears of War 4. Then I received code to redeem previous versions of Gears Of War. Unfortunately I'm not able to redeem Gears of War 1, 3 and Judgment. Gears of War 2 is working fine.

I received following error code:

XBOS-3012

ef7e87d7-7d8f-4f14-83b8-d64b93be20b0

I tried redeem it from webside or on xbox one console.

Cannot download Gears 1 and 3 codes

Same issue for me. I have been able to redeem codes for Gears of War 3 and Gears of War Judgement, but haven't been able to redeem Gears of War 1 and Gears of War 3. I also tried in microsoft.com/redeem with my Xbox associated account and didn't work either.

Could someone advise on how to proceed further?

Hey dexterrules1! You will need to make sure your region matches your console's physical location. Double check that and try to redeem the code again. Post back and let me know how it goes!

To clarify, are you having issues redeeming your Gears of War 3 code as stated in the title, or are you still in need of Gears of War codes?

If you're having problems redeeming Gears of War 3, please post back the error code you receive so we can look further into the issue.
