Not able to redeem $25 prepaid code

Hello,

I purchased (4) $25 prepaid codes from target last October. I finally got around to redeeming them and I was able to redeem 3 out of the 4. The 4th code simply returns an error that says "Try the code again" I've triple-checked my input and the code simply
isn't working. Thankfully I kept the receipt in the bag as these prepaid cards and I hope it will help in some way. If Microsoft can assist me please do so.

Need help redeeming my xbox live code

I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

so what the... what do I do now?

 

Where do I enter in my Fallout 4 season pass code???

if it's a 25 character code you can redeem via console or xbox.com or account.microsoft.com

On the one: 1.From the Home screen, scroll right to Store.

2.Under Games, select Use a code.

3.Select Or enter the 25-character code.

Then Use the onscreen keyboard to enter your 25-character code on the Enter your code screen, and then select Enter & Select Confirm.
