Not able to purchase Xbox live gold

I have been trying all night to purchase xbox live gold so i can play the new call of duty game. In any wvent everytime i try to pay it shows the below message and i cant purchase it. Any help. I attached the photo below. Also i have done all the resets
and wverything and still same thing

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. In the past, customers were not able to complete a purchase for Xbox Live Gold using the currency on their account. The customer would have to purchase an Xbox Live Gold prepaid code with the currency on
their account and redeem the code. Recently, this method of purchasing an Xbox Live Gold subscription has been changed. Customers are now able to complete a purchase for Xbox Live Gold by using the currency on their account. We hope this helps!

You would not be able to purchase an Xbox Live Prepaid code directly with your Microsoft account balance, I'm afraid, but users are able to use their Microsoft account balance to purchase Xbox Live Gold directly, as long as they
have another payment option tied to the account as well.

Are you able to sign into the Services & subscriptions section of the Microsoft website?

If so, is there any notifications listed? or anything that looks out of place? Examples - outstanding balance, up to date credit card info.
