I'm trying to purchase multiple games, but it keeps giving me the same error

"We’re having trouble processing your payment and we’d like to get it sorted out.

I've already purchased GTA V and Rainbow Six Seige, the other games I'm trying to purchase are: Arkham Knight Deluxe Edition, Assassin's Creed Triple Pack: (Black Flag, Unity, Syndicate), Lego Hobbit, Lego Batman 3 Beyond Gotham, and Lego Marvel Avengers.

I am currently unable to purchase any Microsoft Points. I was able to easily/succesfully add multiple payment options, but when I get to the checkout for MS Points, as soon as I click 'Confirm Purchase' I get this error message: Your payment instrument could
not be authorized. Please contact your provider, or try a different payment option.

There are multiple ways to purchase a digital title with a credit card. The easiest is simply attempting to purchase the title. As you move through the checkout process, you will be prompted to select a form of payment. Here is where you may select 'add
a payment option' and proceed to add your desired form of payment.

I'm also not able to download. I go through the process all the way until it says purchase with a payment option (even though it's free) and it says "Can't complete"

The payment method issue is separate from the Rewards program. For suggestions and feedback, you'd want to post at
http://xbox.uservoice.com The systems still processes free games as a regular purchase, so it would need a payment method on file to process the payment even if it's free.

if I'm not mistaken you have to have a means of payment available. although the game is free, you're making the purchase

Not replacing the OP of the post, but yes you are correct, that is mandatory requirement...

All the people that complain DO have have a valid form of payment, otherwise we wouldn't be able to buy it from the console (which is the only way to get the games).

The problem is the website, for several months now all purchases on the website are broken, they stay eternally in a processing state (even with several valid methods of payment) and never confirm the purchase.
