Not able to purchase anything

https://billing.microsoft.com and make sure everything is configured correctly with your payment option according to this sticky

forums.xbox.com/.../153161.aspx. If there are any discrepancies you may have trouble making purchases.



In addition, I'd be interested to know if any account alerts pop while you're on
https://billing.microsoft.com. If there are, I would recommend following up with phone support. They will be able to help you further with any account or billing issues.

The exact same thing happens to me EVERY TIME I try to purchase something. I have to call and get told some BS excuses about why I can't make a purchase at that time. I make them start a service case about my account and 2 days later I will get an email
telling me that I can now make my purchase. I do and it goes thru with no problem. A week or two later I try to make another purchase and it starts all over.

You mentioned you got an error saying Xbox LIVE is unavailable. Was there by chance an error code attached with that? It usually would start with and 8, and be 8 digits long. Let us know!

No that didn't fix it, plus I can't even access my billing info.

no nothing has changed, getting the same error codes as stated above, and still waiting on a responce from the support team all while i'm missing out on offers and the games for gold.
