not able to play saved games on xbox one

Discus and support not able to play saved games on xbox one in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; i don't get it how is it that not only i can't sign in but trying to play guacamelee which is on my hard drive and its telling me the game can't be...     i don't get it how is it that not only i can't sign in but trying to play guacamelee which is on my hard drive and its telling me the game can't be played cause the disk is dirty how stupid is this needs a quick fix how stupid is this i remember back in
    the days with older consoles if the internet was down we were able to still play our games fix the offline mode with all the millions you people make at least fix this

    Help anyone here?

    Hi CashioKing,

    You would only be able to use the Home console feature on one console per account. Your saved game content is all saved to the cloud so you should still be able to play on the Xbox One X if you have a hard copy of that game.

    My Brother's Xbox Live profile can't do anything right now! Help!

    This is Crap. It's one thing to not be able to sign online and play online but i can't play any saved games connected to my gamertag. Seriously!?

    Please give the following steps a try:



    • Check our Xbox Live Status page to see if there is a service alert. If there are no service alerts, continue to follow the steps below.
    • Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 5 seconds.
    • Once your console is powered off, wait 5 minutes.
    • Power on your console and try to sign in.

    Please let us know if after trying the suggested steps you are unable to sign in or play Guacamelee and we will be here to help get this issue sorted.

    Hey there mister quinby he's not having issues online. He's having issues playing games that's already saved on his hd offline. I am also having the same issue. Is it that gucamelee isn't a game you can play offline? If not that should probably be addressed.

    Xbox 360 game saves transferred to Xbox one??

    BC games are run like Emulators, it runs in the 360 architecture, Game saves on 360 are not compatible with xbox one games, even cloud. Dragon Age was able to create a save system by transferring the 360 save to a website and then creating a file that would
    simulate the save, but you were still able to change portions of your save. Even this was not 100%. The only way to get the exact save, is to play in the same architecture. I suggest enjoying the new play through.

    Xbox one backwards compatability question

    If the 360 has the red ring of death then it will not work to play games. Dark Souls is available on the Xbox One as a backwards compatible title so you should be able to download and play it there. https://majornelson.com/blog/xbox-one-backward-compatibility/

    However, please be aware that if you did not have your save on the Cloud and moved to the Xbox One you will not be able to access the save and will need to restart the game from the beginning
