Discus and support not able to play online in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; so i only got a communication ban and im not able to play online and watch hbo,youtube, or any online xbox live service.     not able to play online


    so i only got a communication ban and im not able to play online and watch hbo,youtube, or any online xbox live service. It keeps telling me to sign in to a xbox live account and i am.

    .Have you tried connecting to your friends with the console connected to a different wireless connection from which the error occurred?

    I have tried all of these solutions and none of them fix the problem.

    If you reverted to silver then you need to purchase a Gold membership again to play online, that is why it is giving you that message. In order to play online again, your account will need to upgrade to Gold.

    Method 2: Clear Persistent Storage.

    1. Press the menu key of the controller.
    2. Go to Settings > Disc & Blu-Ray.
    3. In the BLU-RAY section select Persistent Storage.
    4. Select Clear persistent storage.
