Not able to play online even after having xbox live gold membership of 3 months

I just bought a 3 months membership of xbox live gold,so i used the code in it and it accepted it.....Everything was working fine ,I was even able to access everything that the gold membership offers and i was able to update and download games and apps....But
when i tried to play multiplayer of R6 Seige then it took me to the screen to Get xbox live Gold.But the thing is i already had it so why should i buy it again????.....Since then i am not able to play online........Tried alot of stuff but nothing fixed it....Please
help!!

No I kind of agree. I paid $24.99 for a 3 month xbox live gold membership, I played it for a month and a half, and didn't play for a while after that. 2 or 3 months later when I go to play online, its says my gold membership ran out. Its *** up that they
charge you when you're not even using your xbox. I payed for 3 months of gold, only used 1 and a half, and even when I wasn't playing they were taking time off my membership. They should only charge and deduct your membership when you are playing. I bought
3 months of gold membership, I deserve 3 months of gold membership. So time of the xbox gold membership should only be taken off when you're logged in.

 

I can't play online but I own XBL Gold

I'm having problems playing online even though I own Xbox Live Gold.

I used a 3 Month Xbox Live Membership card and it says my Xbox Live Membership expires 11/16/17 but it won't let me play online, I've tried power cycling and that didn't work.

 

I am having the exact same problem. I tried logging out and in from my account and nothing happens. When I try to play anything online the console takes me to the Get Gold screen.

 

did you find what is going on wrong gays coz im faceing the same here so anoying .....
