Discus and support not able to play multiplayer in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; One day i can play multiplayer and then there are days where i can't join games and no one can join mine however it states that my multiplayer...     One day i can play multiplayer and then there are days where i can't join games and no one can join mine however it states that my multiplayer connection is fine as is my network connection. I've also had the ports that needed to be open opened. what else
    could this be??

    Sorry, age is not something that can be changed on your Xbox LIVE account. If you wish to play any EA titles you'll need an account with a date of birth that puts you at 13+ years of age.

    hi, you should probably check the enforcement website to ensure your account hasnt been suspended/ deactivated. as for privacy settings you should follow the instructions found here.

    No, it isn't multiplayer issues as you would be able to install the game but won't be able to play Multiplayer
