Unable to play digital games purchased

Hey Tshepzino! Sorry to hear about the trouble.

To help us make sure to get you the right information, can you let us know if you're seeing that with an Xbox One console, Xbox 360 console, or on a Windows 10 PC? Also, is that just digital copies of games, or is that happening when you try to play a game
from a disc as well?

Have you tried clearing the cache of the console by holding down the power button on your console for 10 seconds?

Is this a digital game? Play anywhere is only for digital games.

Is this a game you only bought on disc? As you can't play disc games on an all digital console. You will need to buy a digital game version to play on the all digital console as it uses the disc to still confirm you own the game.

You would need a digital license in order to play the game on the all digital console. The only way to do that, would be to own the game digitally.

Play Anywhere feature is reserved for digital copies.

"Xbox Play Anywhere only applies to digital games. Xbox Play Anywhere games can be purchased in the Xbox Store, the Windows Store, or via a digital code at participating retailers."

Also, there is no program for getting digital versions of games cheaper for owning the disc version. The only thing I can think of would be trying to sell the disc version to buy the digital version.

Sorry, but you would have to repurchase the game s in order to play them.

that is the biggest load of garbage i have ever heard. that is ripping me off almost $400 for a ban i shouldnt have recieved.
