    Not able to make purchases in Microsoft Bingo


    For some reason I am no longer to make any purchases in Microsoft Bingo. It tells me that I "already own the content" and then displays a message that that there was an error with the purchase. Have tried multiple times, have uninstalled and reinstalled
    the game. There are no coins, etc. to download in My Games or My Library.

    can't install microsoft bingo after accidentally uninstalling it

    You should be able to download the Microsoft Bingo through the Windows App Store. Just run the Store and then search for BINGO, making sure you have selected the correct Platform.

    Well that was useless. It makes you go thru a bunch of prompts and then tells you to look for an answer online in the help section and then disconnects you.

    Yes, my purchasing issues has been fixed, I am able to make purchases for now.

    But I'm still waiting for a heads-up about the promotional prices purchase I missed because of this issue. I have been promised to be able to get the same promotional prices for the two games I was trying to purchase while I received this error.
