Not able to login to XBOX account after reset

Hi, I was getting just a blank green screen. So I decided to reset my XBOX.

However, after resetting when I try to login to my account, it goes till "Sign In" page - where you're asked to go to https://microsoft.com/link to enter the code. Nothing happens after I enter the code and login.

I have tried restarting the console a number of times. I have also tried clearing the cache/trying different browsers.

Any help appreciated.

Sorry for the delay in responding. Yes. this issue has been solved.

Weirdly, I setup 2FA authentication for my account and tried logging in again. It worked.

Why do you think someone has stolen your account? Are you not able to login to your account on the same Xbox? If you can login with your account, you should be able to reinstall the games you own.

If you think your account is stolen, I'll highly recommend to reset the password as soon as possible.

I have the same issue with my series x with a white screen at my account login. I've tried resetting my console (twice), but the issue remains. I will get logged in with the Xbox app for the initial login after resetting, but subsequent logins are back to a white screen. Is there any other way to fix this issue than a soft reset?
