Not able to login to EA games

    Not able to login to EA games


    Earlier today, I tried to login to Battlefield 1. When I went to go online, I received a message saying “This account is invalid. Please visit help.EA.com.” So I went to the help section of EA.com and talked to 2 agents, neither person responded (yes, in
    a live chat). I created another ticket and when I went to look for at the recommended support option, I got “Sorry, No Channels are Available.” At this point, I was frustrated. I created more tickets and still received the “Sorry, No Channels are Available”
    message. I contacted a gamer from Microsoft who told me that I needed to do the exact same thing. I told them that I couldn’t talk to a person or create a ticket. They then just told me to keep trying and I just ended the conversation. At least they tried
    to help. Now, I am here, still not being able to login to Battlefield, Plant vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2, or Madden. This has happened to other people though, I checked the EA subreddit and found a post about the same problem. If this is happening to anyone
    else or someone knows how to fix this, please respond. (I also did try signing in to EA using my microsoft account, and it didn’t allow me in).

    So definitely nothing to do with the fact his Microsoft account and Gamepass Etc is set up as a child account? It’s only that the Gamer ID was linked to a child EA account?

    He should still be able to install and play EA games using his MS login and Gamepass?

    To the best of my knowledge, EA dont store any Xbox Live details, there just own details for EA logins etc. Did you use the same password for EA login as for Xbox Live login?

    The issue is with EA (Note FIFA 12 on your played games list - whether it was you or not). They have the security breach that's causing this issue (Search the forums and you'll see.)

    -

    If you have an account/login with EA, make SURE the login info/password is NOT the same as your Live login/password info. That's how this has been happening.

    -

    If you have an EA account - go change your password immediately - everyone.

    You oddly have to have the EA app open to fix it. The gamepass app then sends you over to the EA app. The games will then show up in gamepass as downloading.

    This is an EA error for a login error
