    Not able to log in to start


    Help. I have a brand new xbox one s from amazon. Set it up and updated. Go to log in and it will not progress to add new account screen. It will show the circle like its processing and then goes back to orginal screen. Exchange and got a new one.
    Same problem. Have tried hard reset, factory reset, checked wofi (its good)clear account (there are none). Called Microsoft, went thrpugh the steps with no change. I feel like it is an easy fix.

    Also be carful. With it. You well have to download the game and app again if you do that option.

    No error.

    NAT is open

    Networl Servive. All services are available

    Internet is connected. Says it's all good

    Two Xboxes with the exact same issue.

    You said wifi is fine, have you tried a hardwire connection?

    It never shows an error?

    Does the network status or a network test show anything? Is your NAT open? All connections to the Internet and Xbox Live services show good?
