Not Able to log in to Bingo or Jackpot

I actually cannot connect to ANY of the games today - Bingo, Jackpot, Mahjong, or Solitaire collection. SO FRUSTRATING!!!!!!

Well I wouldn't like to predict anything unpleasant, but when the same thing happened last year with Microsoft Jackpot (which was also included in the Solitaire games widget once upon a time), a few weeks later it was announced that the game was to be withdrawn
and wouldn't be supported anymore. (You can still play Jackpot but only locally, it can't connect to the cloud now).

It wouldn't be a surprise if the same happened with Bingo, since it seems to be having more and more problems lately (unable to connect to the cloud, purchases not appearing, rewards vanishing into thin air etc.).

Let's hope someone from MS or Frima will reassure us about Bingo's fate. It's a fun game and it would be a pity to lose it.

I have been having the exact same issue, been unable to download Microsoft Bingo for about 3 weeks now. This is on Windows 10 Pro 64-bit fully updated and I have tried the wsreset.exe command 4 times, as well as cancelling and retrying the download and
making sure the XBox app is fully setup and my account logged in. All other Microsoft game apps I've tried download and launch fine, like Jackpot, but Bingo was my favorite as something to just relax with and I'd also made a purchase to remove the ads. Could
there be a problem with the app package on the server(s) used by the Windows Store?

Do you mean Microsoft Jackpot? You should still be able to download it here.

If you have played it in the past, it should still be installed. Press the windows key, and start typing Jackpot. If it is installed it should quickly appear in the list.

I'm having the same problem!! Are you getting error code 0x80004005? I'm also getting that error code when I try to log in to Microsoft Jigsaw AND Microsoft Jackpot.
