If you have Minecraft Bedrock Edition for Xbox One, then you would be able to use that to install Minecraft from the Windows 10 store and play yes. Is that what you're asking for? Should be able to get it from the Windows 10 store and searching for Minecraft.

I would assume you are trying to download on a windows pc.

You will have to install the minecraft launcher first.

To play Minecraft: Java Edition, download and install the correct launcher for your operating system. Sign into the Launcher using your Microsoft account, and you will be able to run Java Edition.

To play Minecraft: Bedrock Edition, you will need a device running Windows 10 or 11 to download and install the newest version of the Launcher, within which you can launch and play Minecraft: Bedrock Edition. Sign into the Launcher using your Microsoft account, and you will be able to run Minecraft: Bedrock Edition.

You should still be able to download it. Launch the Microsoft Store app on Windows 10, and select library, select games, then select the sort and filter at the right of the app, and untick show installed products only. Scroll down to Minecraft, and you should be able to re-download it at no additional cost you.

This has gotten completely and utterly absurd.

STILL. DOES. NOT. LAUNCH.

When you stay "It doesn't launch", do you mean you able to download the game and install it but it will not launch after that or you cannot even install the game?
