    Once i opt in to join the program it tells me to wait two days. After two days I tried to check my profile and it says the same thing again. Is there anything else i could try to do in order to successfully sign up?

    Hi,

    I am not able to join rewards. I am xbox live free member joined around one month back. every time I try to join rewards, i get this message:

    We're Sorry.

    You need an Xbox LIVE account to join Xbox LIVE Rewards. Just follow these simple steps:

    Step 1: Connect to your Xbox 360

    Step 2: Join Xbox LIVE*

    Step 3: Come back and sign up for Xbox LIVE Rewards

    If you have already taken the steps listed, please try again soon.

    I already connected to xbox 360 and joined the xbox live, even then, i keep on getting this message. Please assist.

    If you've joined xbox Live only one month ago, it is possible that they still have to set up your account to be able to join Rewards, try to wait a couple of days or a week and retry.
