Not able to join Xbox Live Rewards (Have screenshots evidence)

Hi, I am not able to join the Xbox Live Rewards program and I do have the Microsoft Xbox One S Minecraft Edition and every time I try I join it gives me an error. I have done common troubleshooting with a Microsoft Agent by making sure my region is correct
and verifying it on the Xbox itself and they are fine.

Not Able To Join Xbox Live Rewards

Once i opt in to join the program it tells me to wait two days. After two days I tried to check my profile and it says the same thing again. Is there anything else i could try to do in order to successfully sign up?
