Also, confirm that the subscription appears as active with an expiration date at the following link:

If everything is in order in the two links I shared earlier, then please try synchronizing the licenses of your account in your Xbox app and Microsoft Store through the following procedure:

1. Log out of both the Microsoft Store and the Xbox app.

2. Reset the Xbox app and the Microsoft Store.

- Press the Windows key + I on your keyboard to open the Windows Settings and click on "Apps."

- Find the app called "Xbox", select it, then click on "Advanced options" and then "Reset". Confirm the process. Repeat these steps for the app called "Microsoft Store".

3. Restart your PC.

4. Log back into the Xbox app and the Microsoft Store. Make sure to do this with the same account and not different ones.

Also, check that you are signing in with the correct Microsoft account that originally purchased the subscription, as there is a possibility you might be using a different one.

yes, it is. the latest update after checking is for windows antivirus.

I have only recently started using the xbox app, i have solitaire installed and it runs fine. I havent tried installing a more complex game.

This may be something greater than Minecraft. Other games install and run just fine?

Thank you for the help. Unfortunately, i am unable to reset my pc. It gives me an error and tells me no changes were made. I tried booting with system repair and it told me it could not complete the action. I also used the CMD window and ran SFC and DISM and nothing was found in either. Im starting to believe this is greater than Minecraft, any tips?
