Not able to install/update select digital titles - Halo MCC and Forza 6

So for the past couple of days I haven't been able to install/update the following digital titles; Forza 6, Halo MCC, Witcher 3 and Arkham Knight. All games either only just start and get to 1% before they get the 'installation stopped' or they don't even
make a % before the installation stops. The only error I'm getting is 0x87e0000f.

So far I've tried:

Power cycling

Removing the power for about 20mins before plugging back in

Resetting the console

Trying three different modem/routers

Tried installing on internal/external hard drivers

Clearing MAC address and persistant storage

I've been able to get all other games I've tried installed (digital) i.e. Forza Horizon 2, Game of Thrones, Transformers...the list goes on. It's just those four above that won't do anything. Considering I've been able to install them in the past this is
getting very frustrating.

I've even bought physical media to try that way - they install there, but now they won't update...

I don't know what else to do.

I'm having issues installing Halo MCC and Forza Motorsport 6 both digital. I can download any DLC but the main game always comes up with an error. I've recently rolled back my dashboard update to get out of the preview dashboard. Please help.....

Having the same problem here with forza 6

 

I'm in the same *** boat too! Bought a forza 6 console specifically for that game and then not only do I not get a physical disc, but the download code seems to be broken or something. I too can download various other titles. Xbox support have tried telling
me repeatedly to try the same steps over and over again without any success. I think if they are going to offer a console branded with a particular game motif, they should be providing a physical copy of the game that is associated!!! The fact that I have
to use my data is rediculous enough, but to then not be able to play the game I bought the console for is rediculous!!!

Cmon Xbox you guys are killing me!!!

I'm also having this exact same issue with Forza 6 - Digital download & install.

I put in the game code (Came with the console purchase) and that went fine, it just won't get past 1% before getting the Installation Stopped error.

I've been able to download and install Neverwinter Nights, I'm currently downloading Dragon Age: Inquisition and Forza 5 downloaded no issue also.

I have also tried most of the steps the OP has stated above. I even switched around my start up types, checked the open NAT etc.

Anyone managed to fix this ? MS ?

 

Same Error with call of duty advanced warfare on the xbox one halo 5 edition.

 

So it seems that iiNet is the cause of the issues - I changed my DNS settings to Googles (8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4) and now my games are downloading again!
