Not able to install Minecraft in my new laptop

I have purchased Minecraft for Windows 10 PC for a new laptop. I already have installed Minecraft in one another laptop which I purchased last year. Even after adding the new device, to my account it is not getting downloaded and installed. Could you please
look into the issue. I too have a XBOX and a laptop in addition to this new laptop.

Also the User 1 account was created for X-BOX when it was bought last year.

Attaching the screenshot where my "Microsoft Store" has listed 2 times

1. Minecraft for Windows 10 - This is installed last year 2018 in my old
laptop. This also has a "Play" button (Blue color)

2. Minecraft for Windows 10 Starter Collection - This is installed
in the new laptop . This has a " Manage" button(Blue Color)

when I try installing the software from "My Library" I get the following screen and it says "You own this game" and a blue button - "Install on my devices".

When I try clicking on the "Install on my devices" it is asking me select my laptop device and after selecting and clicking the "Install now" (below screen shot) nothing happens and it
returns to the above screen shot mentioning "You own this game" . I am attaching the screenshot

Looks like , I have purchased the Minecraft twice and I assumed 2 licenses is needed for 2 different laptops. Can you please resolve this issue at the earliest. Thanks

I have following devices in my list:

1. Laptop 1 - recently added

2. Laptop 2 - old

3. X-BOX

4. Desktop PC

apart from the above, I havent added any device to my list. The new laptop (Laptop 1) which my son is using is purchased outside india and we bought Roblox using Microsoft Store using other currency which is another Microsoft Store Account (User 2). I have
logged out of this User2 and using my account (User 1) and purchased Minecraft in laptop 1 and trying to install and it is failing to install.

From the screenshot it seems like you have the right account.

Be aware that you can only install Windows store apps on five devices. So if you already installed the game on different computers, you might have reached that limit. But in that case you'd get an error message.

Also make sure your computer has the latest Windows Updates, and also that the store app is up to date.
