Discus and support not able to install a microsoft app on my pc in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I tried to install the Microsoft solitaire collection app, it says I own this app and can install it on this pc but then I get an error that reads:...     not able to install a microsoft app on my pc


    I tried to install the Microsoft solitaire collection app, it says I own this app and can install it on this pc but then I get an error that reads: your purchase couldn't be completed. something happened and your purchase can't be completed. error code:0x8e5e021f
    what does this mean and how can I fix it?

    Unable to sign in to Microsoft Sudoku using Windows 10

    Me Too Additional Info: Besides my avatar not being able to sign in, I get a diagnostic that "This In App Purchase is no longer available". Microsoft Jigsaw has the same issue. Other Microsoft games (solitaire, minesweeper, ultimate word) seem to login
    just fine and I can login to XBOX directly. I am on the latest Windows 10 on a PC. I have performed a deinstall/install but that did not fix the issue.

    Downloads and installations from microsoft store for Games on XBOX LIVE

    Used to play Microsoft Bingo and Microsoft Solitaire Collection on my PC. Started having issues with them and uninstalled them thinking they had to be updated. Went to Microsoft Store and tried to download and install them on my PC. Says I have both in que
    to be downloaded. Will not download and I get a Error Code 0X80D02017 for both. Updated the store app to. Still able to play Microsoft Jackpot. Been trying to resolve for a few days now with no luck. Game Tag fluffy granny 16 Would like to get some advise

    Playing previously purchased Xbox games (Play Anywhere games) on a PC running Windows 10

    Cuphead is Play Anywhere so he should be able to download it. Have him try the Microsoft Store app and make sure he is signed into that app with the same account that purchased the game. On the top right of the app, click the 3 dots and go to "My Library". He should be able to find a list of all games he owns that are available to download on the PC under ready to install and should be able to install it from there.

    Can't install games on PC

    use the xbox app and not the microsoft store itself. they are both separate. if you download the app it should show all the games from your account that you are able to install on pc.

    I don't understand how you're trying to install Microsoft store from the Microsoft store. If you already have the Microsoft store, then you should be able to install games on your PC. Or do you mean the Xbox App?
