    Not able to hear others in Xbox One party chat.


    I have a problem where I cannot hear in xbox party chat. I have run rhe network test and all the test I can in the setting but everything seems fine. Also, it seems like my game chat has no problems. Party chat works fine for my friends so I dont understand
    whats happening.

    Not able to hear others in Xbox One party chat.

    I am experiencing the same issue and i cannot ungray the audio box that lists the following:

    headset volume

    headset chat mixer

    mic monitoring

    Yes you can add two, yet with some limitations. Both players will need to be logged into separate accounts, and both can be used to chat with others in an online party chat. However, the two players on the same XBox 360 will not be able to hear each other's
    voices in the party chat. This is due to Microsoft disabling local chat on the Xbox 360. Other party members will be able to hear both players, however.

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We need a little more information to make sure we provide the correct solution. Are people not able to hear you both in game chat and party chat? What is your NAT type? The NAT type can be located in

    the network settings    . Are you able to hear other people when you are in game or party chat? Are other people able to hear you while you are in game or party chat? Be sure to let us know the results Arxo_YT!
