Not able to give player review

I have been playing world of tanks and have notice the people that push you into enemy fire, water and such to kill you. When I go to that said person to Avoid this player or perfer this player I cannot do so. So this morning I find out that the reason is
that the player is so bad they called MS to have them block them out from players being able to avoid them. This to me is system tampering. I do not want to play with these players if they cannot play like they are suppose to. I have seen alot more like this
on this game but I first notice this when I played cod black ops when I was unable to avoid them.

Just a question

How many times do you have to give a player a bad player review before xbox recognizes you have given that player a bad review? So far I have given at least one player three bad reviews and it seems like every time I meet this player xbox allows me to give
this player another bad review.

I must admit, the player review is something I never even look at.

You get players who click on `Avoid` simply because they are getting beaten by someone else. It is a system that is constantly abused.

Now I can`t quote on if someone had blocked the join/avoid button as the only profiles I tend to look at are those on my friends list or those that need to be reported for modding, etc.

You're allowed to give a player as many bad reviews as you want, but only one those reviews will be recognized by the system. The rest of the time you're just wasting your time.

In order for that player to have their reputation affected by bad reviews, there needs to be a consensus of multiple users rather than one person giving multiple reviews.

They do give you that option under submitting player review.

You could have filed a complaint anyway if you were certain he was cheating, that way the Enforcement Team would have been able to review the complaint and decide if he was cheating, and then give them a possible suspension to prevent them playing again.

Also, if you don't like a player, avoid them by submitting a player review, this way your kids won't encounter them in-game again (or it will be unlikely).
