    Hello, for months now I am not able to download any Xbox One compatible 360 games. It goes fine through the payment, then always gives the error page which says in English something like:
    Oh no, what happened with this page? We changed it around here. The page you are trying to view was moved or does not exist. More options: Start again on home page, Make sure you use web page of your country.

    Why are you unable to download the Xbox 360 games? For a while now the 360 games have all been backwards compatible, so if you've claimed them, you should be able to download and play on Xbox One. Do you get an error message, or are they not showing
    up as available? I'd check the filters in My Games & Apps for if it's set to now show the 360 games? Are you able to download any 360 games?

    Hi, no there is no workaround for this. You have to be online to install a backward compatible game, due to the fact that it is the full backward compatible game that downloads from Xbox Live, not just the patch, this is because the game also includes the
    emulator to be able to play the game on the Xbox One.
