Not able to download profile or connect to Xbox live

So I call Xbox customer service today to inquire about a refund of live time due to the issues on June 14 and 15. I get told there is no refunds being made because was only a couple of days had it been longer they would have..... I am an ambassador for
Activision and had a special tournament just for us ambassadors with prizes but Xbox live cost me the opportunity to play in it because of this issue. I believe it's B's we have to pay for the service but when they mess up they can't even issue one month
Live tokens or even give you back the days missed. Please stand with me against this bs and show Xbox we care about being ripped off

Have you gotten an “Error 80154B7” or even an “Error 80070571” which are both related to your Xbox Live profile? please help!!!!!

no..no....... only my profile not connects to live .......

I can create a new profile or download another profile usually they connect the xboxlive .... more my profile not connect in xbox live

I withdraw from my hd box ...

and try to download it again for live

and appears this error 801540b7 .......

obs: not be possible to download it from live or update it

I was in the house of a friend of mine and I tried to download my profile on xbox360 and it appeared the same error...

So is Xbox Live garbage? Or is it my service provider.

Ok, so my friend had to download an xbox live update, but the update kept restarting itself. after it finally finished, he wasn't able to get his profile to connect to xbox live.

We've tried the following to try and fix it: Delete and re download the profile (the profile is corrupted), Clearing the system cache, Updating security proofs, and Reset the xbox 360 to factory defaults. I should probably note that we downloaded his profile
onto my xbox 360, and it worked fine, it wasn't corrupted and it could connect to xbox live. So is this a problem with the profile or Xbox 360?

When you signed in the xbox live service you accepted the service rules and the terms of use where is clearly stated:

Hi there,

if the other existing xbox is still connected to xbox live, you will still be able to play the games and use the content with the profile that bought them.

So if your profile bought the item, the license will also be on your profile, and as long as the console is connected to xbox live, the profile with the license will be able to use the content on every console.

I was able to download my profile but now it says that "The current profile is not allowed to play on Xbox LIVE". My live connection is fine and I am logged in.

To confirm, you were able to download your 360 profile but it's still saying can't connect to Xbox Live?

Xbox Live is currently having issues with connecting to Live and downloading profiles. Keep an eye on that page, when everything is back to "Up and running", you should be able to re-download your profile.
