Not able to download: Metal Gear Survive Beta

I can not find the Beta in the xbox store and in the microsoft store on my pc it says Unavailable? why? is there stil a way to download this beta?

Metal Gear Survive

I am at a loss for words about the crystalline xombies in this game, the coop and survival elements could have been epic but zombies i mean come on.The walking dead and the last of us rip off with the fence scene and design of zombies much.

What are your thoughts?
