    Not able to download live profile to new Xbox 360A


    Hi,

    I've added a new xbox subscription to a Microsoft account i've previously created on my PC. I can't download the new profile on either my new xbox 360 or an older 360 I also have access to. The error I see is.

    801540A9 Xbox profiles can't be downloaded right now.

    The new profile has never existed on either console so I wouldn't expect to see any caching issues. But to be sure I have cleared the storage cache on both systems.

    Not sure what to try next.

    Any advice would be appreciated.

  3. Not able to download profile or connect to Xbox live

    So I call Xbox customer service today to inquire about a refund of live time due to the issues on June 14 and 15. I get told there is no refunds being made because was only a couple of days had it been longer they would have..... I am an ambassador for
    Activision and had a special tournament just for us ambassadors with prizes but Xbox live cost me the opportunity to play in it because of this issue. I believe it's B's we have to pay for the service but when they mess up they can't even issue one month
    Live tokens or even give you back the days missed. Please stand with me against this bs and show Xbox we care about being ripped off
