    Am not able to purchase from xbox store

    xbox support told me the market wasn't working in my territory (UK) which is why I couldn't purchase anything but they would be working on it, however not that day. He didn't say when and seeing as it's still not working it seems they haven't or have made
    it worse.

    Am not able to purchase from xbox store

    This is really frustrating to say the least. Every time I try to purchase Battlefield premium and I confirm purchase, I get a prompt that say cannot sorry cannot purchase at this time. It will not tell me why. I call customer support and they cannot even
    tell me why. I was told it may be because of security issues and because I haven't used that credit card in awhile. That makes absolutely no sense. Then he tells me he has to forward the issue to someone else to figure it out. I am at the point where I just
    want to end my subscription. If your security issues are this relentless its not worth the wait. I was told I may get contacted in 48 hours. It took me 30 minutes on the phone just to figure out they don't know what the problem is. You guys really don't know
    how to fix your own security mistakes?

    Tried, but didn't work...

    By the way, i tried the following:

    • download exiting game (not game pass) from windows store, able to start the download
    • download game from Steam , able to start the download
    • download game from Epic, able to start the download
    • download game from Origin, able to start the download
    • download game from battle.net, able to start the download
    so to me it seems that only the xbox app is causing issues, is there a way to use the game pass without the xbox app? is there a way to download directly from the Windows store?

    Yes you will be able to. Search for it in the store and it should be able to download from there.

    The store on xbox.com is the digital store, so it would be a digital copy and would download to your console. If you're able to purchase it from xbox.com, you should be able to purchase it from the One as they use the same store.
