    Not able to download forza horizon 3


    I purchased Forza Horizon 3 on Jan 31 2016. I recently got a new computer and want to play it again. It says "you own this product" and gives me the option to play on my PC. When i click on this it takes me to the windows store and i get a message saying
    "what your looking for is not there"

    How can I get the game downloaded onto my new PC? Is it unavailable for download now?

    In the Windows Store there is a menu at the top right of the app that will take you to your library. Try redownloading from there.

    It does not show up in my library in the windows store. But if i am using internet explorer, it says I own this product. But when it takes me to the store, It says it does not exit.

    If you're having trouble re-installing a game you own, our
    Windows 10 game installation troubleshooting guide     has some steps that can help with different scenarios in which this might be occurring.

    Please try those and let us know if that helps.

    If you visit the Windows Store on your PC, are you able to download Forza Horizon 3 from there without any issues?

    You'll be able to access your Warthog in Forza Horizon 3 when the game releases. It is in-game content that is specifically for Forza Horizon 3.
