Hi, I have paid my money for flight simulator the money has been accepted the product has been confirmed the key has been provided, I have redeemed the key - where on earth is the product? All it does is send me round in circles with nothing to download.

Open the Microsoft Store app on your Windows 10, log in with the account that purchased the game in the upper right corner, look for the game in the app and install.

Ot for prepaid code you would have to go by the retailers return policy because it'd only go back to the original payment option which case it would br a one time use code which you used

Or clear up space

Keep in mind why didn't you read the system requirements

Fs 2020 requires a whopping 100gigs

Why not buy an external or internal drive and move stuff over to the 2nd drive they cost as little.as 20 to 200 bucks nowadays depending on capacity you want

actually after all the updates and if everything is installed it hits 240GB +, i have it installed. well it did until the May update cut the size a bit, but now i am back up to 240GB in use for the sim.
