    Not able to download Bioshock 2?


    I've noticed others were having issues with other games as well. I'm not able to download Bioshock 2 and it doesn't get past 0%. I've read some of the posts that officials of this forum said to make post their issues.....But never found a fix or solution
    to the issue. I did clear the cache and did all of the basic fixes for trying to get my game to download with no success.

    So is there an actual solution to this or are they still trying to figure what is going on? I just want some kind of fix or some kind of refund. I don't want to pay for something and not be able to use it. If others found a way to get their games to download,
    please let me know. I'm just confused since I never had any problems with downloading games before.

    To start off, here's a few questions to help us better understand the situation:

    1. Are you still having issues getting Bioshock 2 today?
    2. If so, can you tell us if you're trying to purchase Bioshock 2 or if you've already purchased Bioshock 2 and you're trying to download it from your Download History.
    3. Are you able to purchase Bioshock 2 from xbox.com?
    4. Are you able to download other games and/or demos from your console? How about from xbox.com?

    Let us know and we'll work with you from there. ^_^

    GFWL + XBL compatibility

    Not sure where to find the suggested add-on page that you mentioned.

    But no, mainly what I want is to be able to click Bioshock 2 (PC) in my games history and be able to visit the Bioshock 2 (PC) page to see the DLC and other stuff.

    If you click a symbol of a game in my gamercard (say, Bioshock 2) it will show you my game history, then click Bioshock 2 (PC) and it will go to a dead page (marketplace.xbox.com/.../1414793308),
    when it should go to the Bioshock 2 (PC) page that probably exists on GFWL marketplace.

    Can't Download Two Games With Gold

    I have connected an ethernet cable to my Xbox so I can at least try to download them now. After deleting the three partial downloads I tried again to download BioShock, however it once again stopped at 12%. I was able to download the Forza Horizon 2 Demo
    (1.44GB) fine.
