    Hi Xbox Support,

    I recently took a short hiatus from playing on my Xbox 360, only to return to the failure to log into my xbox live account. I recently renewed Live Gold for 12 Months, and feel like I am wasting that money away. I originally was receiving messages stating
    that I was disconnected from Xbox Live and unable to connect, prompting me to check my connection. I did so several times, upon doing so I found my connection was perfectly fine, so my Internet was certainly not the problem. I checked the forums, and the answers
    I found told me to clear my cache several times and delete my Xbox Profile. I did so, only to find I could not redownload my profile. Whenever I went to redownload it, it would stop about a quarter of the way completed and a "Sorry, Xbox Live profiles can't
    be downloaded right now. Try again later." would pop up, with the error code 8015190A. Please help me find the solution to this problem, as I really want to be able to enjoy my 360 games again until I can afford a One.

    Xbox live frequent disconnect

    Hi,

    I have a problem with xbox live. I get disconnected every 10 mins or so (playing game online or not), and I am not able to reconnect immediately (it says cannot connect to xbox live - but able to connect to internet), I have to wait for like 5 mins....before
    I can reconnect.

    When I turn on xbox it works fine.

    If I turn off router (Netgear), xbox and turn them on again, it reconnects immediately (maybe because I have a dynamic ISP IP).

    It's like I am getting "temporary" blocked from server or something. This is getting really annoying...

    I have an ADSL connection, wired to xbox.

    Please help.

    Problem to acess Xbox live

    I changed my account to adult, and when I connect to xbox live it appears ... The account microsoft of your parents or guardian is not valid. Quick You must choose a different account to manage your xbox profile.

    What do I do to reconnect to xbox live?

    Connection tests fine, no xbox live service

    I am having the exact same issue. I was downloading Gears 4 then disconnected and after I reconnected the download finished, but I haven't been able to reconnect to xbox live since. My connection test will say I am connected, but any attempts to connect
    to xbox live will not do anything at all.

    It depends on how you reconnect to Live. If you are able to connect to Live without having to download your account then the servers will sync correctly with the achievements you earned offline. If you download your account before connecting to Live again,
    it'll pull the last information the servers have of your account which will be the lower gamerscore.

    I get disconnected from XBL when I hit play game.

    It would make me feel a little better if you'd at least read my entire post and not just the jest of it.. "When I check my connection there are no problems and I'm able to reconnect to xbox live..." There is no 'more info'. I'm able to connect to xbox live
    with no problems.
