Not able to connect to xbox live multiplayer in Halo infinite

I am getting the Teredo is unable to qualify and network is blocked errors. I have been through all the troubleshooting steps for checking registry entries, host files etc found here: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/Hardware-Network/connect-network/troubleshoot-party-chat

Before my last reboot I was able to get the NAT type to be "Open" and the server status to be "connected" but after reboot its back to blocked and unable to quantify. I shut off the AVG firewall and am using windows defender on default settings.

I am using an Orbi mesh network, my other computer has no issues connecting to xbox or with teredo, so I dont think its a router/modem problem.

here are some details of my current state:

We're sorry to hear that you are blocked from playing multiplayer games because the NAT type and Server Connectivity issue even after troubleshooting. Let us check on this together so you will get back to gaming.

Would you mind doing this suggested troublehooting?

Restart
Turn off and disable AVG firewall or any antivirus, VPN, antimalware, firewall and PC Optimizer
Please check Settings > Gaming > Xbox Networking.
You may select Fix It too.

nope . apparently every game which uses xbox gaming services for multiplayer , like halo infinite for me. i can't connect to halo servers at all.

As Halo Infinite multiplayer is peer to peer, your issues are either with your connection, or your connection to the other players. The server is used to bring your together only.

Spo0nMePlz, Halo 2 was the first Halo to have Online Multiplayer over Xbox LIVE.

Halo had LAN and splitscreen multiplayer, and using some software on our computers wich were connected to the xbox ( I dont recall the name ) we were able to simulate LAN games over the internet and play ONLINE.
