Not able to connect to Live

Am I the only one having issues? I've reset my Xbox, and now I've tried deleting/redownloading my profile. I can't even redownload my profile now. I'm not having any other issues with my internet, so I doubt it's me.

Not able to connect to Live

Hi, sorry for the late answer. I've tried all of those things already unfortunately. My Gamertag shows up in games just fine, but they still do not connect to Xbox Live. I've also filled in the survey for achievement related issues, but it's been almost
4 weeks without any response.

Not able to connect to Live

For about a year now, no apps have been able to connect to Xbox Live. I can sign in fine, but achivements never sync, no matter the game. Leaderboards usually fail to load too. I suspect this is due to me turning "Connect to Xbox Live" off in WP8 due to
being on a holiday. I never turned it back on before updating to Cyan. There is however no way of turning it on in 8.1 so I have no clue how to fix it now. I'm completely at my wits end at this point. Hard resetting isn't really an option since I prefer to
keep my WhatsApp history and the 925 has no SD card to back them up to.

Not just you mate. I cant sign in. Keeps asking me for my password signs me in and then straight out again. Go online to the website and kept telling me my account doesn't exist. finally got on here but not Xbox

Hey there,

In Windows 8.1 as soon as you sign into the app, it should turn on. Please try turning your phone off and back on. Make sure you are connected using a Microsoft Account. This can be found in system settings.

If your using Windows Phone, you should automatically be signed into a Microsoft Account when using the phone.

Ah got ya, ok when you run the xbox live connection test exactly where does it fail and as Eambo asked do you see any error code at all, you usually see an error message at least. You could try the connection troubleshooter.

Can you give more detail as to your issue? Where are you unable to connect? Does it show any particular error message or, more usefully, an error code? (EG: 800111111). Please provide as much detail as possible - thanks!
