Not able to communicate over xbox live or game chat

I was recently banned but the ban finished on Halloween (31st of August ) I contacted xbox support on the first of November because I couldn't communicate with my friends on Xbox live and I got told to clear my Mac and remove my account reset my xbox I followed
the instructions and that didn't work so I got in touch with Xbox support again on the 2nd of November and I have got help and been told to post on here. My mic says I'm talking but no one can hear me

I Have Been Suspended from xbox Messaging and chat

Hi Jackeel, you will not be able to communicate on LIVE via messages or Voice until that suspension is over. You may need to find a different way to communicate with those friends.

Xbox suspensions information

The account will not be able to upload Game DVR and Upload Studio content to Xbox Live for a specific duration, often 7, 30, or 90 days. The account will not be able to communicate on Xbox Live for a specific duration, often 1, 7, or 14 days.

I have the exact same issue and I ended up here too, the problem remains after numerous Hard Resets, support chats etc and then realised it is a known issue, they're just too stupid to fix it.

never been banned since the beginning of xbox live, but i know plenty who have, my secret to never getting banned, never communicate over xbox at all, no messages no party chat no in game chat, i use different communication methods, i now use discord all the time.

Thanks for your post! Xbox Live does not support any cross platform voice over IP platforms that cross-communicate with devices. The only exception would be games like Fortnite, where players from multiple platforms are able to communicate through the game's
native chat system.

Hi Austin,

You can try contacting the game developers for more information about their in-game chat issues, but as I said previously, Xbox Live party chats effectively mutes in-game chat from being heard in the party. If you are recording the gameplay from your Xbox,
the streaming program will not pick up in-game chat because in-game chat cannot be heard when in an Xbox Live party. In an Xbox Live party, you will not be able to hear other players in the game lobby unless you invite those player into the party. Other players
will also not be able to hear you in-game while you are in an Xbox Live party. This is by design and not an issue and I don't think there is a setting to change that. You can test this by trying another communication program like Discord.
