Not able to chat

Discus and support Not able to chat in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Am not able to chat . This has been going on for about two weeks, Have done all the troubleshooting suggested.     Am not able to chat . This has been going on for about two weeks, Have done all the troubleshooting suggested. Am I banned from chatting? If so, why?

    What happens when you try to receive/send messages, do you get an error message? If so, can you please share the error? Thanks!

    It has been well over 24 hours, about 3 days ago I could send and recieve messages in the Xbox with Windows 10, No I can not Recieve or Send messages, WHY?

    Are you still experiencing issues with messaging? If so, on your PC, sign in at enforcement.xbox.com to see if your account is suspended or your Xbox is banned from Xbox Live. It's possible this may be why you can’t send messages. If your account and console
    are in good standing, sign in at account.microsoft.com. Go to Security > Update your security info and supply any needed details. Then, on your Xbox, sign out, and sign back in.

    Make sure you have Party Chat output set to Headset & speakers.

    Go to Settings > Volume & audio output >
    Party chat output     > Set to Headset & speakers
