Not able to change personal settings

I understand you need help on changing your privacy settings for Minecraft.

The settings can only be accessible by an adult account and if your account has a birthdate of a child account that is not above 21 years old, this cannot be accessible and you need an organizer to the family to access that.

If you think your account birthdate is set up incorrectly, you may check this link and see if you can change it:

If not, you may need to have an adult account add you to the family so they can make these changes for you.

If you are done making the changes, you may access the settings again here :

https://account.xbox.com/settings

Just a heads up, once done making the changes, it can take a few hours to update.

Sorry to hear for the issue with privacy settings. A quick question, are you not able to play at all? So what is happening is the system is picking up you have a child account, in these situations you need to

Set up a family. When you add your account to a family with a parent account, the parent can then go in and

change settings on the child account. There are bugs as I have an adult account with settings all set right and I still get errors within the game.

Forza forums have known issues posted and others with similar issues.

With "EA help" I was able to resolve the problem. Solution:

If you add a guest account to your second controller then you are able to start FIFA17. In the game you can go to settings and change your profile to your own. After that you will be able to remove your personal settings 1 in remove settings. After that you
can restart the game and rebuilt your personal settings.

if you go to your microsoft account and go to the settings, you should be able to change the name email address and personal address
