    hello!

    i've been having a problem with uploading a custom gamerpic via the xbox mobile app. it lets me select a picture, crop it, and upload it, but it never changes on anything. i've waited a whole day and nothing. i deleted the app, signed out and signed back in, all that stuff but nothing works. i even tried on a separate account and it didn't change on there either, so i was wondering if others were having this problem as well.

    any help would be appreciated. thanks!

    Have you tried using a completely different gamerpic? You might also want to use your Xbox console to change it.

    You can only change to a custom gamerpic on an Xbox console or through thr Xbox app on mobile.

    You can currently change your gamerpic to a custom using the Xbox App on mobile or PC.
