    Not able to buy Zen


    Was not able to purchase Zen on in-game store. Keeps telling me that the Microsoft product is not available. Was able to purchase Zen previously. Not sure how this ties in, but I tried to purchase Zen during a skirmish after getting killed. It is showing
    up on my billing, but it is not charging my bank. Thanks

    Neverwinter Zen pricing

    I noticed earlier when I was looking at neverwinter zen prices that the more zen you buy the more expensive it gets. It'll be cheaper for you to buy two 1000 zen packages than one 2000 pack and several smaller packs instead of the 5300 pack. I'm guessing
    this is a mistake someone made over at Microsoft, is this something we can get a fix for? Not able to buy Zen :)

    I only know that this problem exists in Norwegian currency, In British pounds you pay less for each zen the more you buy, according to my English friend.

    Prices:

    500 Zen . 29,50 NOK

    1000 Zen - 59,00 NOK

    2000 Zen - 149,00 NOK

    5300 Zen - 549,00 NOK

    10600 Zen - 799,00 NOK

    Can't buy Zen!!

    For two days now I have been trying to buy Zen in Neverwinter. What I get is a totally blank gray space where the payment notification usually appears with a straight white line running though it, then I get dropped back into the store menu. Anyone know
    what's up here or if there is going to be a fix?

    For those wanting to play this but are in Aussie/New Zealand there is a work around. Set your console region to US, download the game then switch it back. Only draw back is you won't be able to buy the Zen currency needed to buy the DLC packs in-game until
    it releases over here.

    Basically at last transaction 1000 Astral Diamons will almost buy you 10 Zen.

    You go to the Zen Exchange on the pause menu.

    Despite this unfavourable exchange rate it's still a fun game to play.
